Our approach.

Our Cloud-Based CRM (Customer Management Relationship) system includes features that enable organisations to measure client based outcomes and social impact. We transform the way organisations manage their client relationships and evidence their outcomes, as well as, supporting the modernisation of their practices. With our support organisations are able to direct more resources to frontline delivery, to provide robust evidence to commissioning authorities and to support collaborative working. Our solutions are tailored to the needs of each organisation and how they engage with their clients. We work closely with staff to understand how they deliver services so we can develop processes, simplify solutions and reduce duplication. In our system the client supported is at the centre of the system.

Our history.


PSIAMS Systems is an innovation developed by and for the VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) sector. We specialise in working with a range of organisations (including health and social care organisations) and have an in-depth understanding of their needs, challenges and aspirations. We work with a range of organisations, including Public Sector, Charities, Social Enterprises and community groups. We were formed by the coming together of a charity, Dudley CVS and a Social Enterprise, Cloudberry Innovation and Development in order to develop low cost data solutions for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector; but we also work with and develop solutions for both the statutory and private sectors.
